What is CloudMarketWatch?
CloudMarketWatch reads the public listings of B2B cloud marketplaces every day, starting with the HubSpot App Marketplace, then Salesforce AppExchange, AWS Marketplace and Microsoft AppSource. Software vendors get a morning e-mail with what changed on their own and their competitors' listings: installs, ratings, reviews, new entrants and removed apps.
Which marketplaces do you track?
The HubSpot App Marketplace is read every day. Salesforce AppExchange, AWS Marketplace and Microsoft AppSource come next, each one added once its daily reading is reliable; the home page shows which ones are live.
What exactly lands in my inbox?
One e-mail with what changed on the listings you watch since the previous e-mail: installs as the marketplace displays them, average rating, number of reviews, listing updates and removals. Starter and Pro also list the apps newly published on the marketplace; Pro adds the biggest install gains across the marketplace. When nothing changed, no e-mail is sent.
Where does the data come from?
From public marketplace listings: exactly what any visitor's browser receives when opening a listing, read about once a day per listing at a slow pace. We never log into a marketplace account and never read private areas.
How precise are the install numbers?
We report the exact install count HubSpot publishes with each listing (the listing page itself rounds it, for example "4K installs"), so even a small move shows up.
Will my competitors know I am watching them?
No. We only read public pages, nobody is notified, and your watchlist is never shared.
Do I need to install anything or connect my HubSpot account?
No. There is nothing to install and no account to connect: you paste the public address of a listing, or its name, in your dashboard.
How much does it cost?
Free plan without time limit (3 listings, weekly e-mail); Starter €99 per month (25 listings, daily e-mail); Pro €249 per month (150 listings, daily e-mail and market movers). Prices without VAT, card payment through Stripe, invoice sent automatically, cancel any time.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan has no time limit. Software vendors we contact by e-mail are offered 30 days of the Starter plan, without a card.
How do I sign in?
With a link sent to your e-mail address, no password.
Can I have my data removed?
Yes: write to contact@cloudmarketwatch.eu; accounts and their data are deleted on request.
Is CloudMarketWatch affiliated with HubSpot, Salesforce, AWS or Microsoft?
No. It is an independent service; marketplace names are trademarks of their owners.
